Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
Flurry turns a photo you choose into a holiday portrait. This policy explains what we collect, how we collect it, every way we use it, and who helps us.
What we collect
- The photo you pick or take, only when you ask for a portrait.
- An anonymous account ID, created automatically when you open the app. We never ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Your plan and coin balance, and a short history of which looks you used and when, so coins are counted correctly.
- Purchase status from Apple, through RevenueCat, so we know which plan you have.
- App usage events (for example, which screens are opened or whether a portrait succeeded) and basic device information such as model and iOS version, through Firebase Analytics.
How we use it
- Your photo is used only to create the portrait you asked for. It is sent once, together with the scene you chose. Our server passes it straight to wiro.ai and never stores it.
- As soon as your portrait is made (or the attempt fails), we tell wiro.ai to delete your photo and the generated image from its storage, database and CDN.
- Finished portraits are delivered to your iPhone and stored only on your device. We do not keep copies.
- Your anonymous ID, plan and coin history are used to run your subscription and coins.
- Usage events help us find bugs and understand which scenes people like.
- We do not sell your data and do not use your photos or portraits for advertising or for training AI models.
Who processes it
wiro.ai receives your photo and the scene description and returns the portrait. It creates the portrait with Google's Gemini image model (Nano Banana 2), so the photo is also processed by Google for that request. We never send your name, email, account ID or device identifiers to wiro.ai. wiro.ai deletes the photo and the result when we ask, right after each portrait, and processes them under its own privacy policy.
Google Firebase runs the anonymous account, the service that talks to wiro.ai, the coin balance (Cloud Firestore) and Firebase Analytics.
RevenueCat and Apple process your subscription and payments.
Each of these companies is bound to protect your data to a standard at least equal to this policy.
Tracking
Flurry asks for permission with the iOS tracking prompt. If you allow it, Firebase Analytics uses your device's advertising identifier to measure how people find and use the app. If you don't, the identifier is never read. Your photos and portraits are never part of this. You can change your choice anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Your choices
- Turn off Send photos to wiro.ai in Flurry's Settings at any time. Nothing is sent while it is off.
- Delete all my portraits in Settings removes every portrait from your device and erases your portrait history from our service.
- To delete your anonymous account and coin balance completely, email us from the address below and include the request "Delete my Flurry data".
Children
Flurry is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
