By using Flurry you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Your photos
Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it. You keep the rights to your photos and to the portraits Flurry makes from them.
Plans and coins
- Flurry offers weekly, monthly and yearly plans. Each plan adds coins at the start of every billing period: 10 coins for weekly, 25 coins for monthly and 200 coins for yearly.
- Coin packs (10, 25 or 60 coins) are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Their coins are added to your balance right after purchase and do not expire. You do not need a plan to buy them.
- One portrait uses one coin. If a portrait fails, the coin is returned.
- Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
Subscriptions
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A plan renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your plan in your Apple ID settings at any time after purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not use Flurry to create images that are unlawful, hateful, sexual, or that impersonate someone without their consent.
AI results
Portraits are made by an AI model and can differ from what you expect.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
